Do you feel something is wrong, but you don’t know what it is?
Do you rarely experience joy and happiness?
Do you have a feeling that you are hollow inside, that you are empty or have a void within?
Do you feel trapped in your relationship and don’t know if you should leave?
Do you often feel sad, unhappy or down for no obvious reason?
Would you describe yourself as highly sensitive?
Do you have problems with relationships and intimacy?
Do you have low self-esteem or self-worth – do you feel you are not good enough?
Do you feel numb to your feelings?
Emotional therapeutic counselling could help.
I am an experienced counsellor accredited by the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. I provide face to face and online therapy and counselling. As individuals, we all have different needs when looking for therapeutic support. I believe you should be at the centre of this process and I can help you manage an array of challenges you may have.
I can help you with presenting issues such as:
Having difficulties does not make you a failure, it makes you human.
People come to therapy when they feel stuck, or alone (even if others are around) or don’t know what to do or where to even start. You may feel numb and hollow and saying to yourself “I know something is wrong, I just don’t know what”. Or perhaps it’s the opposite, where you know exactly what the problem is but don’t know what to do about it. Therapy can help both understand and clear away the pain, confusion, doubt and noise of everyday life so can you locate the answers to help yourself get back on track.
“The therapy I have received so far is brilliant. Tracey has provided some much content, videos I never knew existed but more importantly getting really deep into my issues. I have had other therapists over the years to deal with self-confidence and then other issues, but it was wasted time and money. Tracey is already helping me so much already after a few sessions.”
“Tracey has been an amazing advocate. I have done a few sessions with her and I feel validated and heard and she gives lots of resources for me to work on myself. It is great to have someone who can give perspective from the outside but at the same time someone who listens and values that one can take time to process things” – January 2025
“Tracey was a great listener. She brought me back to times in my childhood where I was able to make links to the same behaviours I am displaying now as an Adult and has practice instilling boundaries” – December 2024
“Probably the best therapist I’ve worked with so far. Kind, comprehensive, understanding, talks it out/through, listens to and cares for you. absolutely worth it every time” – April 2025
“Tracey has been really helpful so far regarding my anxiety and emotional issues. I love her soft approach to therapy and she’s so understanding. I’m glad to have her as my therapist and looking forward to working with her more in the future” – April 2025
